OK….THIS ONE! The last 10minutes are truly mind boggling! I was vibrating down the seawall as I crushed through this one. We start with a jog/run introduction and then cruise through some pace buildings before bringing it home with some quick sprints. Pace Building - you set your pace and we increase the pace throughout the interval. Remember…you decide what PACE means to you!

Funny story behind this one…its 3:15am on New Years Day and I am up…and no not from a killer party but because Im pregnant and cant sleep! Decided to go downstairs and ring in the New Year with some killer beats and a funky little playlist for you! The neighbours would have had quite the sight watching a 9month pregnant momma bouncing around her home gym belting out run intervals!

Hustle 2 - 30 Minute Run

Hustles are definitely my favourite to run to. They are quick, you can fit them in but they provide enough work to rest that your arent terrified for what’s coming as you lace up and get ready to go. Take it at your own pace, shoulders back, long through your body, eyes up front and enjoy every step.
