This is my favourite mix to DATE! The transitions flow beautifully and the beats just kept me pumped up the whole time. We warm it up for 4 minutes before flying into a jog/run interval and then bring it home with a short sprint x 3!!! Get ready to get GROOVY BABY!

We start with a jog/run introduction and then cruise through some pace buildings before bringing it home with some quick sprints.
